Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences with proactive communication and managing required internal resources
  • Act as the main customer point of contact throughout the customer’s journey with our product
  • Be the voice of our customers - capture their feedback and feature requests and communicate them to the product management
  • Contribute to the initiatives to continuously improve our approach to secure the success of our customers
  • Work with the support team to best handle clients’ questions and problems

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Customer Success Manager, preferably in the IT industry
  • Superb communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to details
  • Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and meet objectives
  • Previous experience and interest in the game industry will be considered a plus
