We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer with C++ who is passionate about games and game development to join our Customer Success and Support team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for handling clients' tickets from open to close and working closely with our developers to resolve technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Handle client issues using a ticketing system and when necessary escalate to higher-tier support agents
- Communicate daily with clients on the status of their request
- Troubleshoot crashes in the C++ core library and other technical issues
- Maintain and contribute to our internal and external knowledge bases
- Work on desktop and all console platforms
What you need to succeed
- Solid programming skills
- General knowledge of C++
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent problem-decomposing and organizational skills
Extra points if you have
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Experience with Unity3D, Unreal Engine 4, or other game engines
