Technical Support Engineer with C++

We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer with C++ who is passionate about games and game development to join our Customer Success and Support team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for handling clients' tickets from open to close and working closely with our developers to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

Handle client issues using a ticketing system and when necessary escalate to higher-tier support agents
Communicate daily with clients on the status of their request
Troubleshoot crashes in the C++ core library and other technical issues
Maintain and contribute to our internal and external knowledge bases
Work on desktop and all console platforms

What you need to succeed

Solid programming skills
General knowledge of C++
Excellent command of English
Excellent problem-decomposing and organizational skills

Extra points if you have

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
Experience with Unity3D, Unreal Engine 4, or other game engines
