Few weeks ago we conducted a survey to\u00a0help us get a better understanding of the Unreal Engine 4 community.\u00a0The survey body consisted of 232 game\u00a0developers<\/strong>\u00a0interested in Coherent UI for UE4. We would like to share some of the findings here:<\/p>\n

– More than 37% of the participants come from the USA<\/p>\n

– 60% of them have been working on their game for less than 6 months<\/p>\n

– A total of 53% are programmers<\/p>\n

– FPS and RPG remain the two most preferable game genres among the UE4 developers<\/p>\n

– 55% are switching from other game engines<\/p>\n

– The three most important attributes that the community is looking for in a middleware solution are:\u00a0affordable price, great performance and “easy to use”<\/p>\n
