You have 20 minutes to escape from the deadly poison gas and the other contestants. With no respawning on death, you have to make every action count. Your only companions are your cunning, skill, and a little bit of luck. Will you be able to prevail and survive the match?
Unlike add-on modes in open-world survival games, The Culling provides a tightly focused stand-alone approach. It is an online 16-player battle royale, played solo or in teams of two, where the winning player is the last left alive. It also has a fast-paced Lightning Round mode that puts 8 contestants against each other in a smaller arena with a 10-minute timer. Everyone has immediate access to some of the most powerful weapons in the game.
The Culling by Xaviant enables players to use different types of weapons, each one with different abilities and damage power, as well as airdrops and crafted weapons.
The game has a unique use-to-use crafting system (no unnecessary UI-heavy inventory management) but still offers a big variety of recipes. Players can craft rudimentary weapons, a wide range of traps, and a handful of useful items, including bandages, satchels, and even body armor.
The UI also lets you customize every aspect of your characters like hair, clothing, skin tone, and gender. In addition, there are hundreds of unlockable items. There is also an interactive map that changes in real-time to enhance the intense atmosphere of the game.
