Job summary

We are in need of an energetic person who is an expert in recruitment with a deep understanding of IT positions and technical requirements. Someone who likes communicating and interacting with people and helping teammates grow. A well-structured and organized individual who is empathic and knows how to bring the best out of people, improve the day-to-day environment of colleagues turning the company into a vibrant community. A learner who wants to acquire new knowledge about HR, people management, and expand their horizons.

Responsibilities

• Own Coherent Labs’ culture, people processes, documents, and policies
• Manage the whole recruiting process
• Drive our talent lifecycle journey – from open positions, ads, interviews, offers, onboarding, reviews, promotions, and offboarding
• Be a trusted counsel, coach, and mentor
• Ensure employees’ happiness in alignment with company mission and values
• Manage office perks and benefits
• Manage internal Learning and Development program
• Organize company events and team-buildings
• Track, analyze, and report on metrics

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working as an HR/Recruiter in the IT industry
• Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
• Organized and self-motivated person with problem solving attitude
• Bulgarian employment law and HR practices
• Communicative and open-minded person
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office
• Passion for games is an advantage
