Minimum Software Requirements
Coherent Prysm 2.0 has the following minimum software requirements. Compatability with the project requirements of end-users must be ensured.
- Adobe Animate CC 2020 20.5+ or Adobe Animate CC 2021 21.0
- Windows 10+ x64
- macOS High Sierra 10.13.6+

Known issue in Adobe Animate 2024
When opening older Coherent Prysm documents in Adobe Animate 2024, you may encounter an error similar to <2684> <dvacore.XMLParsing> <3> Failed to parse XML, File: "", ErrorCode: -1072896679, ErrorMsg: "Unexpected end of file.\r\n", or another related to <dvacore.XMLParsing>. These errors occur because Adobe Animate has changed how publish profiles are parsed.
This error is not critical and will not cause any issues with your project, except that you may be unable to export the document using the Ctrl+Enter shortcut after you have opened it.
To resolve this, export the document through the Exporter's panel and save it afterward. This process will correct the document's publish profile, preventing the error from reappearing when you reopen the file. Additionally, it will restore the Ctrl+Enter export functionality.
